Yes! I can make a Wonderstik with your design. Basically, I take a master stick, make a female mold of it and then use this mold to make as many sticks as you want. They all come out identical to the master stick and aside from color, they will all weigh within a few grams of each other. They are essentially exact duplicates of the master stick
To start this process, first go through the various designs that I already offer. Since I have over 25 models already, it is quite possible that I already have the design that you are looking for.
If you don't see what you are looking for, or have a unique design that you really want me to make out of Wonderstik material, then send me an email and let me know that you want me to build you a new design and that you agree to the New design terms and conditions below. It would also be helpful to include a sketch, description or digital photograph of your design as well.
After you get my approval to proceed reply email, you would have to send me a master stick and funds. .Upon receipt, I will make a clay mockup of your design with my proposed modifications and take digital pictures of it and send these pictures to you to approve before any production starts. In most all cases, these modifications consist of adding the ergo-thump (hump in the middle of the stick) to the design and also adding the Wonderstik logo to the handle. These modifications typically improve the grip of the stick but do NOT affect the playability of the stick.
Once I get your approval to proceed via email reply, I will then start mold fabrication. I cannot start production without your express approval for these modifications. Once the mold is built, I will then go ahead and make your Wstiks and ship them to you. I will also send you an email when they are shipped out.
All orders after the initial minimum purchase would be at the current price and shipping. Also, if you (or your group) ordered 10 or more pairs of this design, I would discount the cost of the order by 10% and reduce shipping by 50% as well.
I can accept paypal for funds, but I won't accept payment unless the design is approved, of course.
New Design Terms and Conditions
1. The master stick must be unpainted, (however, if it is painted, I will sand off the paint at no additional cost).
2. The master stick will not be returned to you.
3. The submission of the design permits me to offer the design for sale to other buyers.
4. I reserve the right to make modifications to the design if it doesn't meet my minimum strength or design requirements criteria.
5. There is an initial order 2 pair minimum and a $50 USD mold fee.
