The latest development for hockey users is Custom Heel Inserts (CHI). If the foot pocket of your fin is too big for your foot, because you just wanted that bigger fin blade to swim faster or you have small feet and the smallest fin they make is still too large for your foot, well, I have the perfect answer for you. The CHI is a molded heel insert that is custom fitted to your foot and fin. The CHI is made of firm but flexible and waterproof silicone, placed inside the heel location of your fins and when you put your foot in, you slide it to the forward end of the fin and the CFFtakes up the space at your heel. The CHI will not chafe your heel and will not come out during play but can be moved from fin to fin easily.
